When a client books with us, we automatically contact every relevant interpreter. If they are available, they can respond directly through our app.

Our algorithms consider travel time, qualification level, specialist knowledge and client ratings to match the best interpreter to each job.

For emergency bookings, we notify every interpreter simultaneously. That means clients can now complete a booking in minutes or even seconds.

By implementing automated reminders we have drastically reduced no-show rates. We also use different notification sounds for emergency bookings, driving down response times.

Bookings, timesheets and reporting are all handled through our app, creating a streamlined, paperless process.

To increase transparency, drive up standards and reward quality, we use client feedback and ratings for translators.

We are also training our own interpreters. In its first year, our 30-hour course certified eighty new translators. To help them specialise, we also provide a lexicon of medical, legal and technical terms.
